Hospital Liaison GP at KEMH
The Hospital Liaison GP provides a key consultant and liaison role to King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women (KEMH). The overriding goal is to facilitate communication between GPs and the Hospital, to enhance continuity for patients, and to improve access to, and best use of, Hospital services.
The position is overseen by representatives from Perth Central Coastal Division and KEMH.
