Tours of Labour and Birth Suite are held four days a week on Monday at 9.30am and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6.00pm. Bookings are essential please call 9340 1368 between 8.00am - 9.00am and 3.00pm - 4.00pm (no calls on Wednesday please)

King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) is WA’s tertiary referral centre for complex pregnancies and high-risk birth. It offers world-class care and wide-ranging support services to WA women with complicated pregnancies and infants born prematurely. KEMH also accepts women with low-risk pregnancies.

Low-Risk women who wish to receive maternity care at KEMH must live within the following postcodes 6000, 6001, 6003-6016, 6051, 6053 with the exception of the Family Birth Centre which accepts 'low-risk' women from anywhere within the metropolitan area (places are limited).

KEMH is a teaching hospital and helps train WA's future health professionals.
