SOLS GP Obstetrician Locum Scheme: Call for Registration Applications

SOLS is a workforce support program designed to supply affordable, quality locum relief to rural obstetricians. SOLS supports our rural and remote GP Obstetricians by providing a locum fee subsidy, payment of locum travel costs, and payment of locum travel time. We are also able to organise and pay for Medical Registration, and organise additional Medicare Provider Numbers if required. (SOLS brochure attached).

Our new funding period begins on the 1 July 2009. SOLS is calling for applications from DRANZCOG GP Obstetricians to register with our locum scheme for the new period.

If you wish to register as a SOLS GP Obstetrician Locum, please complete the attached form and return to me at the address below. Once registered, you will be added to our locum database and will receive notification of current locum vacancies as they arise (approximately one per week).

If you have any queries regarding SOLS, please feel free to contact me via email or on my direct line 03 9412 2912.
