Care Opinion: An Online Workshop for Consumers
Public health services in Western Australia have committed to hearing the voice of consumers by encouraging patients, carers and families to share their stories of care on the Care Opinion platform.
Over the last 10 years, Care Opinion has been working with consumers across Australia to tell their stories. The biggest challenge we hear from consumers is that sometimes writing a story can be hard to get started.
To support your consumers to provide feedback on the platform and start a conversation around improvement, Care Opinion Australia will be offering workshops for community members across the country to help them better understand the Care Opinion Australia platform and how to write their story of care.
These workshops are free and open to all members of the public. As a subscribing service, we will be promoting these workshops in your local community to encourage storytelling throughout April and the beginning of May.
During Patient Experience Week (PXW) 2022, we are offering a special session, co-hosted with Health Consumers Council (HCC), WA tailored specifically for consumers in your state. This session will run for one and a half hours and participants will hear from HCC and a consumer sharing their experience of the platform.
