Jetcy was nominated by her colleagues in acknowledgement of her compassion and commitment to creating an inclusive work environment, where all staff feel educated and supported.

Jetcy is dedicated to her role as Clinical Development Nurse. She invests significant time and effort to ensure all staff gain professional knowledge and skills through delivering engaging in-service and providing one-on-one support, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes.

Her colleagues commented that Jetcy always maintains a positive and caring attitude, which has a flow on effect to those around her.
