Michelle was nominated by a colleague who identified her professional and empathetic dealings with our patients and their families.

Michelle goes above and beyond to problem solve and provide information to all patients and their families by guiding them through invoicing and finances with great care.

Her colleagues commended her dedication to her work and said she has helped to reduce the workload for both the Pharmacy and Finance departments.

One of the judges said: "Michelle is the unsung hero of Women and Newborn Health Service. She is an integral link in a patient's journey and upholds the North Metropolitan Health Service values."
