East Metropolitan Health Service provides a range of specialist and state-wide services for our patients and the community.

  • Aishwarya's CARE Call Aishwarya’s CARE Call is a 3-step process for patients, carers and family members to use if they are worried they, or a person they care for, are getting sicker in hospital.
  • Elective Surgery Information about the public hospital elective surgery waiting list, and what you need to do while you are on our waiting list.
  • EMHS Post COVID-19 Clinic East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) has commenced a Post Covid-19 Clinic, based at Bentley Health Service and led by a Senior Physiotherapist.
  • Emergency Departments If you have a life-threatening medical condition, call 000 and request an ambulance.
  • Health Technology Management Unit HTMU is the provider of technology management, medical physics and biomedical engineering services to health facilities in WA.
  • HIVE – Health in a Virtual Environment EMHS’s HIVE – Health in a Virtual Environment is Western Australia’s first inpatient remote monitoring service.
  • Maternity Services We offer maternity services through Armadale Health Service, Bentley Health Service and St John of God Midland Public Hospital.
  • State Trauma Services The Western Australian trauma system provides state-wide systematic and coordinated services managing minor and major trauma patients.
