You may be contacted and asked to be involved in consumer feedback surveys from several sources.

WA Health conducts an annual survey of patients from a variety of hospitals. 

At King Edward Memorial Hospital, we also undertake several patient satisfaction and consumer feedback surveys.

You can request not to participate in these surveys but they are extremely valuable in guiding the decision making for future service provision and we are grateful to all those who participate.
